ProSport has the most welcoming team in the paddock! Doug & Max put in the hard work every day making this team what it is. It’s a welcoming environment to gain knowledge and new skills in all aspects of the race car world.
Event Planning, HR & Hospitality. Motorsports is a stressful, fast paced, competitive and unforgiving industry that caters to no one. Long days & long nights call for solid organization, planning and boosting team morale!

I want to focus on helping make the best product we can, with solid work and attention to detail
I see ProSport Competition as a growing, evolving organization that expands our capabilities and gives us the opportunity to provide customers with the best experience possible.

My goal is to be a design engineer.
I think ProSport Competition is a great place to start because the smaller team size means you can take on real responsibilities that align with your goals. You get hands-on experience that you just don’t get on bigger teams, where you can be stuck in one role. Here, you’re able to learn more, try different positions if you ask, and actually see the impact of your work.

I want to be a Team Manager or Race Engineer on a GTP/High-Level GTD program.
I really like ProSport Competition; the team culture fosters an environment focused on helping each other grow into better professionals and teammates, and is unlike anything I've seen in my time in motorsports. At ProSport Competition, I have been given all of the opportunities to learn as an Engineer and Strategist, while also being given the grace to allow me to learn from my mistakes. This has culminated in my most recent opportunity to be our strategist for our upcoming IMSA program, an opportunity that wouldn't have been possible without the support and trust of Doug and the whole ProSport Competition team.

In Motorsport I want to be in a role where I can channel my competitiveness and my passion for racing. Whether it’s working hands-on with the car, supporting race operations, or contributing to analytical decisions, I want to be part of the process that improves the team to perform at a higher level.
I see ProSport Competition as a close knit, hardworking team built on passion, discipline, and a genuine drive for success in motorsport. Being in an environment like this is essential for both personal and professional growth. It’s the kind of opportunity that challenges you to learn, push yourself, and contribute to something bigger than just your own role. Motorsport is a true team sport, and successfully working together toward the same goal is what helps with true experience.

I really enjoy being at the track and being involved in any way I can. My main goals are to become a race engineer, strategist, or car/crew chief or atleast I think so. I also love to help teach people things that I know and be a good example of a leader. I like being able to stay hands on with the cars while still applying my engineering knowledge not only working behind a computer.
ProSport has been an incredible opportunity for me to learn more about motorsports and the process of a race weekend. Doug and the team do a great job of helping us gain real experience and giving us projects that put us on the path toward our goals. I’m very grateful for the experience and everything I’ve learned so far.

I've loved motorsport for as long as I can remember and after quickly realizing I had neither the talent nor the money to become a driver, I decided that I wanted to be an engineer in Formula 1, the pinnacle of motorsport. In particular, I want to be a trackside engineer or strategist as after getting the chance to work in these roles at ProSport Competition, I've learned that I love the intensity of being trackside and the ability to directly influence the race.
At the moment, I'm pursuing my Master's in Motorsport Engineering in the UK, having worked for ProSport for the last 3 years. I would say that my time with the team has been a huge contributing factor to my success in this program, both with regards to the knowledge I gained while working and also the attitude and growth mindset I developed with the team.

I just love being at the race circuit . So I don't have anything in particular I want to do except be there . I do enjoy being the elder statement !
I like the challenge Prosport takes on . I like what ever comes our way we deal with it .

Bryce
I really want to find where my passion for design and engineering meet my love of motorsports, I’d love to try and stay trackside as well, hopefully to help see what I create in action and what I can improve on.
I have loved being part of ProSport’s rapid and impressive growth in the last few years and how even through everything it has taught me the importance of holding myself to the highest standards that I can and taught me so much more

Ya know, if all things were equal, I’d go back to being a mech and tire changer. Things seemed so much more simple and enjoyable. Climbing the ladder in racing puts more responsibility into your decision making and makes you feel like you have more on the table to contribute. It’s sometimes so stressful that I think it takes away from the fun I had in racing when I was younger.
I wouldn’t be successful in racing if it wasn’t for ProSport. It might have not had a name in 2015.. and it might have even run under a different banner in 17.. but it was always ProSport. Racing is a tough sport to stay in long term and especially difficult to balance the scales. I think ProSport was always the place to teach those lessons and help build good foundations for a long racing career.
